It’s never too late to start! Learn to swim and gain water confidence at your own speed guided by our caring instructors. Classes are 30 minutes long and have up to 8 students.
Improve your technique and learn tips for more efficient swimming. Classes are 30 minutes long and have up to 8 students.
Physical Fitness Training
This is a serious workout for swimmers already confident with a variety of strokes. Classes are 45 minutes long and have up to 8 students.
Run on Saturdays from 12-1pm.
If you prefer, our highly skilled staff is also available for one-on-one instruction. These lessons are 30 minutes long.
Did you know you could burn up to 790 calories per hour by swimming? Stay in shape at your own pace with lap swimming. Regular blocks of 30 – 60 minutes are available with up to 3 swimmers per lane.
Aquaerobics & Aquacare
These classes are a fun, challenging way of keeping fit using the water’s natural buoyancy and resistance. They offer a safe alternative for those who want the benefit of exercise without the danger of injury from hard surfaces.
Both classes are considered low impact and are 60 minutes long. The Aquacare class is slower paced making it ideal for our older clients, expectant mums or anyone recovering from an injury.

They run on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 12.30 - 1.30 pm.
