Swimming Classes
Little Dippers Aquatic Centre offers high-quality swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, from 3 months to adults, year-round. Our carefully designed programs teach essential aquatic skills, promote water safety, build confidence, and foster a love of swimming. Led by passionate, experienced instructors, we’re committed to providing a warm, supportive, and safe learning environment.

What we can do for you!

Every Saturday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm (excluding school holidays) you are welcome to do a fun swim at Little Dippers $6 per hour per person or $10 per hour per caregiver and toddler.
No need to make an appointment, just hop in!

Little Dippers is available for Private Functions or Pool Parties, for up to 50 people. The entire facility, including the wonderful garden with picnic tables and barbecue are available.
Please contact us with all your preferences and we hope to see you soon! The cost is $150 per hour for up to 10 people, and every extra person is an additional $7 per hour.

Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba is a water-based fitness program that combines Zumba moves with water resistance. Its benefits include low-impact exercise, increased resistance, improved cardiovascular health, enhanced balance and coordination, flexibility, stress relief, and suitability for all fitness levels.

Aqua Aerobics is a low-impact, high-energy workout for all ages. It is a fun way to get active and keep fit using the water’s natural buoyancy and resistance to burn calories.

Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy concerns a form of physiotherapy using the benefits of the water. It allows the body to move normally, whilst alleviating pressure on injured body parts or relieving discomfort.

Ai Chi is a simple water exercise and relaxation program performed using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of arms, legs, and torso in flowing continual patterns.
